Chloe Mackey is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the founder of Coaching by Chloe, with more than a decade of experience in learning and development, coaching, and instructional design. She partners with organizations to develop leaders at every level and has worked with 400+ people, from interns to C-suite executives, at companies ranging from Fortune 100 to early-stage startups. Chloe designed Chewy.com's first remote onboarding program, which brought on 200+ employees, and built a mentorship program for women in tech that reached over 120. She has delivered coaching inside enterprise platforms such as Lyra Health and Activate 180, where she maintains long-term partnerships with professionals from mid-level through executive level. More recently, she coached 100+ leaders at an AI-native coaching startup, where she also acted as a fractional leader in Operations and AI Prompt Engineering. As a certified iMap coach, Chloe helps leaders and teams see what drives each person's behavior and how to work together more effectively. She pairs that insight with ACT-, CBT-, and DBT-informed approaches, so it turns into action that sticks. For organizations, that means leadership development and team communication that hold up after the workshop ends. Individual clients come to her for career growth, burnout recovery, and workplace transitions. She works with clients virtually and is also open to in-person engagements with clients living in central Florida.
