Douglas (Doug) Leonard is the founder of Douglas Leonard Consulting, LLC, with over 30 years of experience partnering with executives, senior leadership teams, and organizations navigating change, culture, and high-stakes performance challenges. An Honorary Commander in the United States Air Force, Douglas has extensive experience supporting defense and governmental organizations — work that deepened his understanding of leadership under pressure and high-stakes organizational dynamics. A Certified iMap Coach and a member of the original iMapMyTeam development team, Doug uses iMap’s rich behavioral data to understand the Behavioral DNA of individuals, teams, and entire organizational cultures — helping leaders see what’s driving behavior beneath the surface, and align their people strategies with their business strategy. His work often integrates iMap with Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ), Psychological Safety, and experiential leadership development to help organizations create cultures where people are genuinely included, empowered to contribute, and performing at their best.
