Jen is an HR leader with over 28 years’ experience across Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. She coaches leaders and executives in startup and large-company environments and holds an ICF ACC coaching credential, CliftonStrengths coach certification and iMap certification. Most recently, Jen served as Global Director of Emerging Talent Recruiting at Dell Technologies, leading programs, employer brand, and campus initiatives to position Dell as a top employer for students. She managed teams of 50+ and partnered with vendors, universities, diversity organizations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and executive sponsors to drive engagement, advocacy, and metrics-driven talent strategies. Over her 21-year tenure at Dell, Jen held roles in professional recruiting leadership, leader development, program design and facilitation, and launched Dell’s global Talent Attraction and Employment Brand function in 2010. A passionate advocate for workplace transparency, Jen was named a Top Talent Warrior by Glassdoor (2014) and has served on advisory boards for CareerXRoads, Glassdoor, and Universum. She has been interviewed by and featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes, Inc., Fast Company, and other outlets. She has also appeared on various podcasts and industry panels. Earlier in her career she supported Austin-area startups and began at executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles after earning a BA in Psychology from Austin College and an MBA from the University of Dallas. Jen has her Positive Psychology certificate from University of Pennsylvania. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a 200-hour certified meditation and breathwork teacher.
